The Wine Cellar contains hundreds of selections with an abundance of varietals, from burgeoning producers in the United States to celebrated vintages from vineyards all across the globe.

Highlawn Pavilion’s international list ranges from traditional wine regions to carefully-chosen bottles sourced from emerging producers. Guests can find domestic wine makers as well as expansive selections from the Old and New World.

The well-edited and constantly evolving wine list is known to be one of the most diverse restaurant collections throughout the state. A distinctive feature of Highlawn Pavilion’s wine program is its focus on providing a depth of offerings that are approachable at a broad range of price points.

A deep selection of professionally rated wines-by-the-glass that change frequently also provide opportunities for the connoisseur and novice alike to frequently experience new and interesting wines.

Dress Code

Elegant casual attire; jackets preferred for men, but not required. A more formal main dining room. Slightly more relaxed, refined attire accepted in the bar, piano room, and patio.
